If I purchase today, how long will it take?
We have added several working days in the product variation options. It's called "Date of Installation" in short, 5-7 days minimum depending on production loads.
Will I receive invoice or receipt after prurchase?
Yes, you will get notified via email and you can download pdf invoice in your my-account dashboard right after you have made payment.
What payment methods should I use?
We, recommend to use Bank Transfer and Bank Deposits but we need more time to confirm your purchase (Please send us proof of payment for faster transaction). While using PayPal or Credit Cards payments for your transaction automatically line up your project in our production, no confirmation needed.
What if I make payment after 2 pm onwards?
Yes you can, but your purchase is considered the next-day transaction because we have a 2 pm cut-off.
Do you ship signages nationwide?
Yes, we ship signage from the local branch to your area. Skylite offers free delivery for bulk orders within the local branch area.
Do you offer product quality guaranteed?
Yes, before we ship out the item(s), our quality control department will have proper documentation with the support of taking photos and videos that will later be shared with you.
